>That would have been amazing. General Patton's horn would have broken for sure.

(It also might have been better if Michigan's defense looked like it would be able to stop a big ten team. Not looking good right now, but they have a little time to improve.)

>Boy, that's a rule to live by: When you are not working, sell or learn. I'm going to try to incorporate that in planning my workdays. Thanks for sharing that!

>Being a lawyer is what you are, it is a profession not a job. Elizabeth is right. Just because you are looking for a paying gig does not mean you are not a lawyer, there is no excuse to stop using your skills to help people. There is plenty of need for your skills. In the end that you will find that if you continue in your chosen profession, clients and employers alike will reward you and want to pay you for the benefit of your services. If you act like your profession is just a job and turn it off because you are not getting paid, you will be treated consistent with that attitude. DMB

>It can be so simple, right? The key to networking is almost always showing interest in other people. We like when others show interest in us, and most of us will return that favor. Thanks for the good post.

>Great advice Elizabeth. It's so important and easier to work with someone like you when there is time to put the new strategies in place.
Irene
